Regulation 27 Amendment of the Immigration (Provision of Physical Data) Regulations 2006

The Immigration (Provision of Physical Data) Regulations 2006^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 in the definition of “application”—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (d) omit “or”;

(b)

after paragraph (e) insert—

“; or

(f)
an application for a frontier worker permit under the Citizens’ Rights (Frontier Workers) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020;”.
