Regulation 28 Amendment of the Immigration (Control of Entry through Republic of Ireland) Order 1972

The Immigration (Control of Entry through Republic of Ireland) Order 1972^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 4 (restrictions and conditions on entry through Ireland)—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “paragraph (2) and (2A)” substitute “paragraphs (2), (2A) and (2B)”

(b)

after paragraph (2A) insert—

“(2B)
This Article does not apply to a person who is a frontier worker under regulation 3 of the Citizens’ Rights (Frontier Workers) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.”.
