Article 2 Consequential amendment of the Transport Act 1968

The amendments to the Transport Act 1968^f1 set out in the Schedule have effect as amendments consequential upon the making of orders establishing combined authorities under Part 6 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.
