Paragraph 8 The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012

(1)

The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012^f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

In article 13(1) (combination of polls) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(ee)
an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A^f2 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,”.

(3)

In Schedule 4 (combination of polls) in paragraph 1(2) in the modified version of section 15 of the Representation of the People Act 1985—

(a)

in subsection (1)(d) after sub-paragraph (v) insert—

“(vi)
an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,”

(b)

in subsection (3)(a) after sub-paragraph (vi) insert—

“(vii)
an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,”
