Regulation 6 Requirements concerning the memorandum and articles

In the heading of Part 3 of the Principal Regulations, for “MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES” substitute “ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION”.
(2)
In regulations 7, 8 and 10 of the Principal Regulations omit “memorandum or”.
