The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(2) and (3)(c) and 62(2) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004^f1, makes the following Regulations.

In accordance with section 62(4) and (5)^f2 of that Act, a draft of this Instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
