Article 5 Amendment of the Media Ownership (Local Radio and Appointed News Provider) Order 2003

The Media Ownership (Local Radio and Appointed News Provider) Order 2003^f1 shall be amended by inserting after article 2 the following article—

“Community radio licences

Nothing in this Order shall apply in respect of—

(a)

any local sound broadcasting service that is a community radio service, as defined by article 2(1) of the Community Radio Order 2004, or

(b)

any licence to provide such a service.”.
