The Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 is amended as follows.

In Article 2(2)^f1 (general interpretation), in the definition of “debenture” for “Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “Companies Act 2006”.

In Article 14^f2 (stay of enforcement in cases of insolvency), in paragraph (3)(b)(i), for “Article 418 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “section 896 of the Companies Act 2006”.
