Paragraph 71 Companies Act 1985 (c.6)
In section 162C of the Companies Act 1985f1 (treasury shares: voting and other rights), in subsection (3), for “meetings under section 425” substitute “meetings summoned under section 896 of the Companies Act 2006”.
