Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Construction Contracts (England and Wales) Exclusion Order 1998 and shall come into force at the end of the period of 8 weeks beginning with the day on which it is made (“the commencement date”).

This Order shall extend to England and Wales only.
