Paragraph 74 Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006

In section 111 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006^f1 (disclosure of information), in subsection (6), for paragraph (n) substitute—

“(n)

the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(o)

the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
