In Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Companies Act 2006^f1 (specified descriptions of disclosures), in paragraph 34—

(a)

omit paragraph (h);

(b)

after paragraph (i) insert—

“(j)
the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(k)
the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
