Paragraph 27
Regulation 28 has effect as if—
(a)
every reference in that regulation to “the CFD counterparty” is a reference to “a CFD counterparty”;
(b)
the words “to it” appeared—
(i)
after the words “paid or provided” in paragraph (1), and
(ii)
after the words “their liabilities” in paragraph (3)(a); and
(c)
in paragraph (3)(b) the words “to that CFD counterparty” appeared after the word “liabilities”.
