Paragraph 19 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982

In section 16(6) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982^f1 (provisions supplementary to ss 14 and 15), for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.
