Paragraph 7 Daily meters

In paragraph 6, “a daily meter” is a meter which—

(a)

is able to measure gas supplied at least daily; and

(b)

is read in Great Britain by an authorised supplier or an authorised transporter under section 48(1) of the Gas Act 1986^f1 or in Northern Ireland by a licence holder under Article 3(1) of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996^f2.
