Paragraph 6 Core gas supplies
(1)
A core supply of gas means a supply to which sections 1 to 3 of Schedule 1 apply measured by a meter which is—
(a)
a daily meter;
(b)
an hourly meter; or
(c)
a large gas point meter.
(2)
A meter under sub-paragraph (1) includes any ancillary device used in connection with that meter which allows the amount of the supply measured by that meter to be read.
