Article 68 Notices to provide information: compliance with articles 40 and 41

(1)

The administrator may, by a written notice served on a participant, require that participant—

(a)

to furnish information in relation to a failure or suspected failure to comply with article 40 or 41; and

(b)

to do so in the form specified in the notice and within such period following service of the notice or at such time as is specified in the notice.

(2)

A notice to provide information under paragraph (1) may be withdrawn at any time.
