Paragraph 15 Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979
In section 50(4) of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 (application to Crown land)f1—
(a)
in paragraph (a), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and
(b)
in the closing words, after “Minister of the Crown” insert “and “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land”.
