Paragraph 16 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981

In section 66B of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (application of Part 1 to the Crown: Scotland)^f1—

(a)

in subsection (7)(b), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and

(b)

after subsection (7), insert—

“(7A)
In subsection (7), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.”.
