Paragraph 62 Bell’s Bridge Order Confirmation Act 1995
(1)
The Order in the Schedule to the Bell’s Bridge Order Confirmation Act 1995f1, which was confirmed by section 1 of that Act, is amended as follows.

In section 13 (Crown rights)—
(a)
in section (1)(a)—
(i)
after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and
(ii)
at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and
(b)
after subsection (1), insert—
“(1A)In subsection (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
