Paragraph 63 British Waterways Act 1995
In section 34 of the British Waterways Act 1995 (Crown rights)f1—
(a)
in subsection (1)(a)—
(i)
after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and
(ii)
at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and
(b)
after subsection (1), insert—
“(1A)In subsection (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
