Paragraph 64 Western Isles Council (Berneray Causeway) Order Confirmation Act 1996

(1)

The Order in the Schedule to the Western Isles Council (Berneray Causeway) Order Confirmation Act 1996^f1, which was confirmed by section 1 of that Act, is amended as follows.

In section 17 (Crown rights)—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a)—

(i)

after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and

(ii)

at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and

(b)

after subsection (1), insert—

“(1A)
In subsection (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.”.
