An applicant may be required to state whether the applicant is—
(a)
the person with diffuse mesothelioma;
(b)
a person who is a dependant of a person who has died with diffuse mesothelioma.
An applicant may be required to state whether the applicant is—
the person with diffuse mesothelioma;
a person who is a dependant of a person who has died with diffuse mesothelioma.
