Regulation 11 List of digitally excluded persons

maintain a list of digitally excluded persons to whom the Agency has assigned a digitally excluded number under regulation 9(2)(a);

as soon as reasonably practicable after the expiry of the period of 28 days referred to in regulation 10(3)(b), remove from the list any person who has ceased to be a digitally excluded person.
