Regulation 12 Retention and making available written records

A written record made under regulation 8(3)(b)(i) must—

(a)

be retained for at least 3 years beginning with the date on which the record is made; and

(b)

if requested by the Agency, be made available to the Agency as soon as reasonably practicable after the request is made.
