(1)

In relation to the person named under paragraph 5—

(a)

(if available) their address, telephone and email number; and

(b)

their—

(i)

carrier registration number; or

(ii)

transporter authorisation number.

(2)

In this Part—

(a)

“carrier registration number” means the unique number on the certificate of registration issued to a person registered as a carrier of controlled waste under the 2011 Regulations;

(b)

“transporter authorisation number” means the unique number on a registration granted or transferred to a person under the 2018 Regulations that authorises the collection and transport of controlled waste on a professional basis.
