Regulation 11 List of digitally excluded operators

maintain a list of digitally excluded operators to whom SEPA has assigned a digitally excluded number under regulation 9(2),

as soon as reasonably practicable after the expiry of the period of 28 days referred to in regulation 10(3)(b), remove from the list any operator who has ceased to be a digitally excluded person.
