Regulation 12 Retention and making available written records

A written record made under regulation 8(3)(b)(i) must—

(a)

be retained by the operator for at least 3 years beginning with the date on which the record is made,

(b)

if requested by SEPA, be made available by the operator to SEPA as soon as reasonably practicable after the request is made.
