Article 88 Regulations and orders
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), regulations and orders made by the Department under this Order shall be subject to negative resolution.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not apply to—
(a)
orders under Article 1(3) (commencement orders);
(b)
orders under Article 44(6) (orders subject to affirmative resolution);
(c)
regulations under Article 86(6) or paragraph 2(7) of Schedule 4 (regulations subject to affirmative resolution).
(3)
Regulations and orders made by the Department under this Order may contain such incidental, supplementary and transitional provisions as appear to the Department to be appropriate.
