Article 89 Amendments, repeals and savings

The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 5 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule.

The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 6 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.

The repeal of the statutory provisions set out in Part II of Schedule 6 does not affect their operation in relation to any financial year ending before the day on which the repeal of those provisions comes into operation.
