Article 11 Amendment of article 11 (notifications)

Article 11 (notifications) is amended as follows.

After paragraph (3) insert—

“(3A)

A notification in respect of a measure listed in article 9(1A) must contain sufficient information to show whether the supplier intends the action to be promoted in the priority group or super priority group.”.
