Article 16 Amendment to Schedule 6A (provisions imposing obligations enforceable as relevant requirements)

Schedule 6A^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, after “licence holders”, insert “(except the holder of a smart meter communication licence)”.

(3)

Insert after paragraph 9—

“Smart meter communication licence holders

9A.

The following are relevant provisions in relation to the holder of a smart meter communication licence—

(a)

section 42C^f2; and

(b)

section 25(5) of the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007^f3 (directions to comply with requirements under section 24 of that Act).”.
