Article 26 Amendment to section 41C (power to alter activities requiring licence)
In section 41C(4)f1—
(a)
omit the word “or” after paragraph (b); and
(b)
after paragraph (c), insert—
“; or
(d)the provision of a smart meter communication service.”.
