Regulation 3 Amendments to regulation 2 (interpretation)

In regulation 2(1), after the definition of “capacity year”, insert—

  • ““CCS CFD” has the meaning given in regulation 34A(4);

  • “CCS CFD transfer notice” has the meaning given in regulation 34A(4);

  • “CCS CFD transfer refusal notice” has the meaning given in the Rules;”.
