Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Supplier Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

(2)

Regulations 1, 2 and 24 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulations 3 to 23 come into force on the later of 1st April 2016 or the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
