Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

• “the ESO Regulations” means the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014^f1;

• “the Standard Terms Regulations” means the Contracts for Difference (Standard Terms) Regulations 2014^f2;

• “the Supplier Payment Regulations” means the Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014^f3.
