Section 21(1)^f1 (jurisdiction of Appeal Tribunal) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2)

At the end of paragraph (q), omit “or”.

(3)

After paragraph (r) insert—

“or

(s)
the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
