Regulation 8 Application of regulation

(1)

The amendments made by regulation 9 apply in relation to a TUPE transfer which takes place on or after 1st July 2024.

(2)

For the purposes of paragraph (1), a “TUPE transfer” means—

(a)

a relevant transfer under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006^f1, or

(b)

anything else regarded, by virtue of an enactment, as a relevant transfer for the purposes of those Regulations.
