Regulation 16 Amendment of the Enterprise Act 2002

In section 168 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (regulated markets)^f1 is amended as follows—

(a)

in subsection (3)(c)^f2, for “or 7AB” substitute “, 7AA, 7AB or 7AC”;

(b)

in subsection (4)(c)^f3, for “or 7AB” substitute “, 7AA, 7AB or 7AC”;

(c)

in subsection (6)^f4, for “or 7AB” substitute “, 7AA, 7AB or 7AC”.
