Paragraph 10 Air Passenger Duty Regulations 1994

In regulation 7(2)(d) (ceasing to act as a fiscal representative) of the Air Passenger Duty Regulations 1994^f1, after the word “elsewhere” there is inserted “or is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim order”.
