Paragraph 16 National Treatment Agency Regulations 2001

(1)

The National Treatment Agency Regulations 2001^f1 shall be amended as follows.

(2)

For regulation 3(1)(b) (disqualification for appointment) there is substituted—

“(b)
he is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim order;”.

(3)

Paragraphs (1) and (2) of regulation 4 (cessation of disqualification) shall be omitted.
