Paragraph 17 National Health Service Appointments Commission Regulations 2001

The National Health Service Appointments Commission Regulations 2001^f1 shall be amended as follows.

For regulation 3(1)(b) (disqualification for appointment) there is substituted—

“(b)

he is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim order;”.

Paragraphs (1) and (2) of regulation 4 (cessation of disqualification) shall be omitted.
