Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

  • “the 2013 Regulations” means the Water Environment (River Basin Management Planning: Further Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2013f1,

  • “the 2018 Regulations” means, except in schedule 23, the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018f2.
