Paragraph 12 Landfill Tax Regulations 1996

In the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996^f1, in regulation 33(4) (bodies eligible for approval)—

(a)

for sub-paragraph (h) substitute—

“(h)

a regulatory notice, surrender notice or revocation notice issued under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018^f2,

(i)

an order granted under regulation 75 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018^f3.”,

(b)

omit sub-paragraphs (i), (j) and (k).
