In article 2(17)(b) (definitions) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on persistent organic pollutants (recast) f1, for “Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018f2”.
