Regulation 58 Revocations

(1)

The following Regulations are revoked—

(a)

the Clean Air Enactments (Repeals and Modifications) Regulations 1974^f1;

(b)

the Control of Industrial Air Pollution (Transfer of Powers of Enforcement) Regulations 1987^f2;

(c)

the Control of Asbestos in the Air Regulations 1990^f3.

Schedules 7, 13 and 17 to the principal Regulations are revoked.

(3)

Schedule 15 to the principal Regulations is revoked.
