Paragraph 40 The Water Protection Zone (River Dee Catchment) Designation Order 1999

The Water Protection Zone (River Dee Catchment) Designation Order 1999^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 2—

(a)

in the definition of “catchment control site”, for the words from “a site used for carrying on a prescribed process” to the end, substitute—

“the site of a regulated facility within the meaning of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”;

(b)

in the definition of “controlled substance”, omit sub-paragraph (i).
