Paragraph 9 Environmental Protection Act 1990

In section 34B^f1—

(a)

in subsection (2)(a) after “committed” insert “, or an offence under regulation 38(1)(a) or (b) of the 2007 Regulations has been committed in relation to a waste operation”;

(b)

in subsection (3)(a) before “and” insert “or an offence under regulation 38(1)(a) or (b) of the 2007 Regulations is being or is about to be committed in relation to a waste operation,”.
