Regulation 72 Repeal
(1)
The 1993 Act, except for the provisions referred to in paragraph (2), is repealed.
(2)
Those provisions are—
(a)
paragraph 5 of Schedule 4,
(b)
section 49(1) so far as it relates to that paragraph, and
(c)
section 51.
