The following are revoked—

(a)

the Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020^f1,

(b)

article 2(2) of the Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2023^f2.
